Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about what you can dispose of, how to load your bin, and where it can be placed.
Proper loading ensures safe transport and keeps your service on schedule. Failure to follow these requirements may result in refusal of pickup.
All materials must be level with the top of the container.
No materials may extend above the top rim of the dumpster.
If a dumpster is overloaded or contains prohibited or excessively heavy materials (such as concrete, dirt, or bricks), the Company reserves the right to refuse pickup. The Customer will be required to remove excess or restricted materials before service can continue.
Additional charges will apply, including but not limited to:
Trip fees
Delay fees
Overweight charges
Labor or remediation costs
Dumpsters must be placed on a stable, hard surface to ensure safe delivery and pickup.
Approved surfaces:
Concrete
Asphalt
Gravel
Unstable or Soft Surfaces — Customer Risk
Placement on grass, dirt, or other soft surfaces is strictly discouraged due to the risk of the dumpster or delivery vehicle becoming stuck. If the Customer requests or allows placement on an unstable or soft surface, the Customer assumes all risk for:
Property damage (including ruts, lawn damage, or surface deformation)
Vehicle or dumpster recovery
Any situation requiring towing, winching, or special recovery efforts will result in additional recovery fees, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
