Terms of Use
Effective date: May 1, 2025
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our website or booking our services. By accessing ltxops.com or placing a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
LTX OPS LLC ("LTX Ops," "we," "us," or "our") provides dumpster bin rental services to residential and commercial customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by LTX Ops.
2. Rental Agreement
By completing a booking, you agree to our full Rental Agreement, which is provided at checkout and must be digitally signed before delivery is confirmed. The Rental Agreement governs the specific terms of each rental, including rental period, placement requirements, prohibited materials, and liability for damage.
3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up. We accept payment by credit or debit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Prices are subject to change without notice. Your quoted rate at the time of booking is honored for your confirmed reservation.
4. Prohibited Materials
The following items are strictly prohibited in our bins:
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, solvents, or flammable liquids
- Asbestos, lead paint, or other regulated construction materials
- Tires, batteries, or motor oil
- Appliances containing refrigerants (freon)
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Electronics (e-waste) — check local e-waste disposal programs
- Liquids of any kind
- Yard waste containing dirt or rocks in excess of the bin's weight limit
Customers are responsible for any fines, fees, or remediation costs resulting from disposal of prohibited materials.
5. Weight and Loading Limits
Each bin has a maximum weight limit specified at the time of booking. Do not load debris above the fill line marked on the bin sides — overfilling is a safety hazard and may prevent pick-up. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads. You are responsible for ensuring loads do not exceed stated limits.
6. Placement and Property Responsibility
You are responsible for designating a safe, legal placement location for the bin. LTX Ops is not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, or other property caused by bin placement or removal where permission to place was granted. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for street placement. Do not place the bin in a location that blocks traffic, fire hydrants, or emergency access.
7. Rental Period and Extensions
Standard rentals include a 7-day rental period from the date of delivery. Extensions may be available upon request at an additional daily rate. LTX Ops reserves the right to pick up the bin at the end of the rental period without additional notice.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking at our discretion. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable and the full deposit is forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LTX Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a rental shall not exceed the amount paid for that rental.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
